Configuring DLNA on a Buffalo TeraStation
NOTE: TeraStations in the TS3010 and TS5010 families do not have DLNA functionality.

Log in to Settings for the TeraStation. You can access Settings by either entering the TeraStation's IP address into a web browser window or by using NAS Navigator.
Navigate to the 'Services' tab and click on the DLNA Server widget button.
On the DLNA Server Settings page, click Edit.

From the 'Services' tab, click on the DLNA Server switch to enable DLNA.
Navigate to the 'File Sharing' tab and click the Folder Setup widget button.
Click on a folder you wish to use for DLNA, or click Create Folder to create a new folder.
Under 'LAN Protocol Support', check the DLNA checkbox. If creating a new folder for DLNA, enter a folder name. Once you are finished click OK.
The folder for which you enabled the DLNA service should now appear in the shared folder list with a check mark in the DLNA column. Click Close to return to Settings.
